Seeking a solid and proven FMCG Senior marketer, be it gained within brand management, commercial marketing or category management, and an individual who is driven, inquisitive, creative and commercially savvy.
The Senior Brand Manager will take full ownership of the product portfolio, strategic brand direction, innovation and comms.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability of the brand
- Manager and implement the renovation and innovation agenda for the brand to meet consumer needs and in line with the brand proposition and commercial objectives.
- Innovation Strategy & Commercialisation
- Communication & Media Development
- Develop and protect the brand positioning and consumer proposition.
- Track the performance of the brand and competitors and making recommendations for actions plans to deliver commercial and brand objectives.
- To work with cross functional teams (NPD, Category, Sales,) to maximise efficiency in achieving business and brand objectives for the brand/sub categories.

- Marketing experience in FMCG environment
- Personal Leadership: Responsible for driving own results
