Business Development Sales Manager

THE ROLE: As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of market leading FMCG products into Discount, Retail and Convenience markets. This role is account management led with the excitement of adding new listings to your client base. You will be dealing with Buyers, Category Managers, Procurement Teams as well internal members of staff. You will inherit a fantastic account base with plenty of room for growth for you to flourish in the role of Business Development Sales Manager.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you will need to have strong account management experience. Ideally our client is looking to interview those sales professionals who have sold into the HORECA sector; however, this is not a pre-requisite. It is more important that you have an analytical, confident and outgoing personality as full product training will be provided for you to hit the ground running in your new position.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:

• Basic: £25,000 - £29,000
• Bonus: 20%
• Benefits: Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.

LOCATION: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Wiltshire, Bath, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall.
