THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a range of mental health counselling and support services for employees - to organisations of all sizes, from SME to Blue Chip. Typically you will be dealing with Human Resources decision makers, or Management / Director level. You'll be based from home, visiting clients face to face, across the whole of the UK - focussing on quality over quantity.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role as Business Development Manager you must have previous field sales experience, with an excellent achievement record. Ideally you'll understand what it is to sell a service, and have a consultative manner. You will have high motivation levels and be comfortable with being "hand on".
THE COMPANY: This North West based business is a registered charity, a not for profit organisation that has made huge inroads in the employee Mental Health and Wellbeing sector. Established nearly 10 years, but part of an older and larger group, they work closely with some of the largest companies in the UK, as well as providing excellent services to smaller businesses.
THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
- Bonus £20,000
- £275 pcm car allowance
- Benefits: mobile, laptop, pension, 23 days' holiday + stats (rising to 25)
