Description
- Manage, coach and develop a national field sales team
- Manage key and regional accounts
- Conduct field visits so in-store sales and excellent customer service is achieved
- Accountable for the achievement of revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Profile
- People management sales experience, managing a team of field sales (15+)
- Previous success in developing strong relationships with all levels of businesses
- Business development experience with strong negotiation skills to close all levels of deals
- Hands on approach to get involved with all aspects of the business
- Clear communicator and motivator
- Highly organised and analytical to evaluate sales numbers
- Willing to travel in the UK
