The successful candidate will already be operating in an FMCG Brand Management position and be looking to join an engaging, hard-working and experienced marketing team.

• Branded / Full Mix marketing experience
• Budget Management responsibility
• A strong collaborative approach and commercia prowess
• Exposure / Understanding of digital marketing
• The ability to work autonomously
• Have an eye for detail and an analytical mind

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

• Work alongside the commercial team to develop sales promotion plans to support the brand
• Be the gatekeeper for the brand – ensuring consistency across the board, asking as spokesperson for the brand
• Write and implement 3 year brand plans
• Manage PR and social campaigns & relevant agencie
• Support the NPD team with market insight and rationale for development, exploring and developing brand stretch opportunities
• Full budget responsibility for the brand
