My client has been through a huge culture shift over the last few years and have re-positioned themselves and their EVP to become an employer of choice in the space. They have overhauled their training programme and are now renowned for having best in class development options for all their teams. They have instantly recognisable and loved brands and are forecasting good growth form the UK market.
They make decisions quickly and their UK business offers a unique opportunity for anyone joining at this point. They are budgeted for significant growth in Europe, and the UK accounts for about 50% of that growth opportunity, bringing with it progression and development choices.
This role is the biggest SNAM role in my client's organisation and they are offering the chance to get involved in plenty of side projects outside of your standard SNAM responsibilities [mentoring, financial reporting, marketing etc] in order to drive your own career path and development.
This SNAM position is a fast track role into a Director position within the organisation as it is such a high profile role and account - ideally we are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to kick their career on quickly. You will need to be a first class negotiator, both internally and externally with high level so empathy for the challenges of the retailer and how you can support with these.
Must have dealt with a Top 4 account.
