Vending, Coffee, Beverage Equipment

Package: £27,000 - £34,000 basic Salary depending upon experience, commission structure in place with realistic first year earnings £45k +, Fully expensed company car, mobile phone, laptop, full private healthcare for you and your family, life assurance, pension scheme + other corporate benefits

Location: Due to expansion and growth we are excited to be recruiting additional heads into our Northern Sales team. We are looking to hire 2 new Business Development Managers – One for Scotland and one for Manchester

What will you be doing:

  • We are a globally recognised coffee roaster, vending machine manufacturer and office coffee solution provider.
  • As a Field based Sales Executive, you will be focussed on new business generation selling our globally recognised brand of beverage equipment, namely drinks Vending Machines that vend coffee, tea, water, fruit juice, cup a soup and many more options
  • You can sell into any business across your geographical territory which may require beverage equipment including: Schools, Hospitals, Colleges, Universities, Care homes, Leisure centres, Golf Courses, Theme Parks, Safari Parks, Hotels, Conferencing centres, Car Showrooms, Estate Agents, High Street retailers (Staffroom beverages), Shopping Malls, Serviced Offices, Garages, Banks, Call Centres, this list is endless.
  • Our Business Development Managers manage the sales process from an initial cold call to closing the business and signing a new customer
  • As an autonomous Sales Professional you will be expected to manage your own diary, organise your own appointments and ideally take ownership for your territory
  • As part of a UK Sales team you will have support, guidance and outstanding training and development however you must also have the ability and motivation to work alone and manage your geographical location

What are we looking for?:

  • Ideally sales candidates that have a commercial background in the beverage equipment / vending industry would be highly advantageous
  • Our vending machines are sold on a service contract for 3 – 5 years so we would be interested in talking to candidates who have experience of selling a solution on a contracted sale such as Photocopiers / Printers, document management services, Washroom Solutions, Office supplies, Advertising, Security Solutions, IT Software etc
  • Candidates applying must have a solid commercial background in B2B field sales / area sales / regional sales, territory sales / business development
