£30,168-40,120 Basic, Bonus, Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

Our Client is a highly successful Business supplying a diverse range of peat, turf and general horticultural products to a variety of channels.

A vacancy exists for a Business Development Manager to sell into Landscape Contractors ie Companies that design & build landscaping and whose own customers are House Builders, Local Authorities, Shopping Centre Developers etc

It is essential that candidates for this role have sold a “proper” horticultural product eg plants, seeds, bulbs, turf, compost, weed killers, garden chemicals, pest control etc. This is very important and our Client will NOT consider any candidates for this role who have not sold a horticultural related product(s).

Our Client will however consider candidates who have sold horticultural products into Garden Centres as the skills are very transferable as long as they have the product knowledge and experience. They will obviously also consider candidates who have sold into the Landscaping sector.

This is a National role and candidates can live anywhere in the North, Midlands or South including Wales but not in Scotland. Our Client would prefer candidates NOT to be based any further north than Manchester or Leeds.
