This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads and prospective customers and thereby increasing tendering and work winning potential.

Client Details

An international access provider. The Company is a leading access specialist offering clients the design, supply and erection of scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists on major construction sites.



Description
  • Identifying business development opportunities




  • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers




  • Maintain / update CRM database in line with current tenders and future work.




  • Liaising with clients and suppliers.




  • Growing and managing existing business relationships




  • Assisting with the promoting of the business via social media platforms




  • Following up any enquiries




  • Actively demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the "closing process"






Profile
  • Pro-active and self-motivated




  • Proven track record of business growth in a previous role




  • Excellent communication skills




  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint




  • Be able to prioritise workload within a busy environment




  • Construction Industry experience desirable
