About the role

We have a role available for a professional & enthusiastic Technical Administrator looking to pursue their career in the wine industry.

Based in the company’s London office, and reporting to the UK Winemaker, this position will see you achieve total customer satisfaction, coupled with the effective management of the company’s compliance obligations.

Success looks like:

  • Providing technical assistance to UK Winemaker;
  • Ensuring all product labels are compliant with the UK/EU Market;
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and ensuring technical information and specifications are up to date and on time;
  • Co-ordination of in-house OH&S and incident reporting utilizing our online reporting tool;
  • Dealing with, investigating, recording and reporting of customer complaints;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, whilst efficiently attending to customer queries;
  • Correctly maintaining the company’s sample library, whilst sending and tracking samples both domestically and internationally;
  • Continuously updating and uploading company products into customer accessed digital marketing databases;
  • Conducting research and development activities;
  • Assisting with Wine sampling and assessment; and
  • Undertaking other duties as required.
