About The Role

Like  you we are passionate about developing our E-Commerce sales business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven E-commerce specialist to support our recently recruited E-Commerce KAM to implement the Essity E-commerce strategy within our top Omnichannel/ “Bricks & Clicks” customers.  You will achieve this through your natural ability to align strategic priorities and build solid relationships.  Our well-known household products such as Cushelle, Velvet, Plenty, Bodyform and Tena, as well as numerous private label products are our focus. We are selling products that improve people's lives, every day.  You could be part of our journey as we continue to grow.

What You Will Do
  • Create, coordinate and implement shopper content, promotions and category management activities for the E-Commerce channel.
  • Develop on-line promotions and activities based on national and offline promotions and activities to meet E-commerce needs.
  • Develop e-commerce activities to support brand campaigns and to create 360 communications towards the shopper.
  • Monitor ecommerce sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunity areas and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Negotiate online activation plans/budgets with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Act as e-commerce champion to generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.

Who You Are

Experience of FMCG E-commerce or account management is preferable but not essential, so we are also interested if your experience is within marketing or category instead.  What is paramount is that you have passion for E-commerce and a willingness to learn. This is a fast changing environment and we want you to bring your knowledge and help us build for the future, and at the same time we will encourage your continued learning and development.  Key to being successful in this role will be your ability to build long standing relationships with multiple stakeholders through networking and engaging audiences.  You will be fully focused on understanding the shopper and delivering to our consumers.  You should be IT savvy, a creative thinker and able to market successfully on-line. Financial understanding within the E-commerce world is also important.
