THE COMPANY:
We are an established provider of seafood products, established for over 200 years.
We have developed a strong presence in retail but also have had significant success in developing their products and brands within the Foodservice sector.
Our innovative NPD has led to the development of a foodservice range that keeps up to date with market trends concerning the latest seafood products and enables our comprehensive range to be suitable for end users across the foodservice sector including pubs, QSR and in particular education.
We adopt a strong ethos in regards to sustainable products and also constantly evolve their product range to meet the requirements for school menus.
Due to a successful last 12 months we are seeking to add further sales talent to our foodservice team to focus on the Education sector.


THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to support our plans in 2019 to develop our presence within the Education sector.
You will manage and develop accounts across the Education sector from Primary school through to Higher Education and Universities.
We are extremely well established with Primary Education and aim to further support this area with continued innovation.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with these accounts and supporting retention and further growth.
Higher Education and Universities are a growth area for our company, and you will be responsible for networking and established our product range within this area across your region.
This role involves working closely with NPD and marketing internally to support new products, and liaising with clients at various levels from buyers to contract catering managers.

THE APPLICANT.
We are ideally seeking to speak to proven sales professionals with experience selling into the foodservice profit sector.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of developing business with Foodservice profit sector end user accounts.
• Candidates with experience of business development with Education and Local Authority experience will be of particular interest.
• Candidates with a background working for a Foodservice manufacturer with experience in sales via NPD will be of particular interest, although candidates with profit sector level experience working within a foodservice wholesale environment will also be considered.
• Candidates must be passionate about quality food, effective team workers, commercially minded, and determined target driven foodservice sales professionals.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for foodservice candidates seeking to further their career with a genuine foodservice brand leader.
