I am seeking a confident, energetic, coach-able and resilient Business Development Executive to carry out pipeline generation and ultimately book qualified demos for the sales team to attend.





Client Details

My client operate within the gamification space - their purpose is a sales floor without whiteboards. They provide tools designed to engage the workforce and ultimately make a competitive sales floor, a fun a place to work. Their software replaces any kind of performance tracking, incentive managing or data visualisation tools.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound cold calling to identify business opportunities


  • Maintaining 60-80 calls/ day


  • Booking qualified demos for the sales team to attend


  • Timely and correct reporting on the CRM










Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong foundations/ resilience

Job Offer

Basic salary range of 18 - 20k - very lucrative commission scheme + share options + laptop
