UK Sales Controller (UK & Ire) - Emerging disrupter brand | Future Head Of Sales
Working as part of the UK team, the UK Sales Controller will lead on all elements of the brand's commercial strategy footprint, delivering the sales objectives, whilst inputting into the commercial arm of their product development and category management.
Reporting to the Co-Founder based internationally, you will recruit and manage your Sales Team to work with you to drive the UK’s success.
The position will work closely across a number of functions across the organisation but in particular will work collaboratively with the UK Brand Manager to develop and deliver disruptive trade marketing strategies to grow the brand in the UK to achieve our growth plans.
The brand is fairly new in to the UK market, already listed with Ocado, so your responsibility will be to gain listings with the UK & Ire major grocers, continue building e-commerce, and utilise your Field Sales team to build the brand from the ground up.
After just 3 years of trading, they are already approaching £40million worldwide turnover and a continuing to push triple growth year on year, after building a strong foothold across Europe.
This role is perfect for somebody at Senior Commercial Manager level currently, looking for that fast progression into a Head Of Sales.
