Are you able to form and deliver an effective ecommerce strategy?

Would you like to build you own digital marketing team?

This is your chance to be part of an innovative FMCG challenger brand that is very much on the rise where you can be a significant player in their future. The company is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning health food company - whose products happen to be eaten by dogs.

Both brands sell online direct to customers via one-off sales and on subscription, as well as in retail. You will be working directly with the MD and wider marketing team to drive the sales across the digital channels. The goal is to take online sales from £500k pa to £5m pa. This person will be making this happen. The products and infrastructure is in place, they need the sales.

The Role:

Take overall responsibility for the online sales - proactively create plans and campaigns that use online channels to build the company brands

Lead and develop the online team

Build a ‘growth hacking’ culture where we are constantly trying new things and measuring and improving what we do

PPC

Improve the performance of PPC advertising

Work with PPC agency

Develop in-house PPC strategy

Content/ SEO

Develop SEO / blog strategy and work with the content manager to improve content and measure effectiveness

Take charge of affiliate marketing programmes

The Right Person

  • Experience in a fast-growth environment
  • Experience leading a department
  • Experience taking overall responsibility for online sales for a brand
  • Experience working for a brand, selling the brand’s products (not a re-seller of other brands)
  • Experience working for a brand who has a subscription offering and building subscribers
  • Creative, numerate, driven and proactive.
