Our client is a national electronics manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. You'll be reporting directly to the Managing Director leading the sales team and managing key accounts.

Description

* Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a strong and long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them
* Ability to demonstrate consistently meeting and over achieving KPI's and targets whilst maintaining professional business acumen
* Ability to build and manage a small dedicated team
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Define Retail Sales targets and necessary measures to secure their fulfilment
* Define, plan and secure our premium presence with all key clients
* Develop and implement sales activities
* Prepare regular reports and presentations of progress, measures and forecasts
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Support demand planning to ensure stock availability

Profile
  • A technical sales background is essential
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team
