THE COMPANY:
We are a growing and successful company specialising in Food to Go concepts across the Foodservice industry.
We have developed through innovative and effective NPD a fantastic range of Food to Go products, both hot and cold, enabling us to be able to deliver exciting and contemporary concepts across the sector.
Our clients range from contract catering, to travel to education and we are able to devise delivered concepts bespoke to our client’s needs.
Our route to market is direct, meaning that we have full control over our levels of delivery and service, resulting in this being an area of particular strength and an area we are proud of.
We also have a strong NPD and Food tech team who are continually creating new Food to Go menu ideas, but also are able to provide exciting and bespoke solutions for our major clients.
Due to a highly successful 2018 we are looking to add to our team at National Accounts level.


THE ROLE:
We are excited to be recruiting for a new National Account manager to join our successful and growing UK Team.
This position predominantly involves managing major clients within the travel sector.
You will inherit 2 to 3 National Accounts within the Travel sector and work with these extensively on rotating menu plans and introducing different areas of our Food to Go range.
This often includes working to specific briefs delivered on either a 6 months or 12 months basis.
You will be working closely with buyers and procurement, but due to most of our concepts being bespoke to each individual client, you will also work closely with NPD and Food Development Chefs/Managers.
In addition to account managing a portfolio of circa £5 Million, you will also be expected to develop new relationships within the airline and rail industries to add new accounts to your portfolio.

THE APPLICANT:
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a consultative sales approach at buyer level and a vibrant, energetic and teamwork focussed approach to sales

• Candidates must have a proven track record of Foodservice sales at Key Account or National Accounts level with buyer level sales experience.
• Candidates with experience of a concept based Foodservice product range or working to briefs via NPD will be welcomes.
• Experienced in sales to the travel sector is highly advantageous, although we will also consider candidates with NAM level end user experience to other sectors including Contract Catering, Pub Groups or Hotels.
• Candidates must be have strong analytical and IT skills and be able to work with complex spend reports, a background within a corporate foodservice company is beneficial.
