Our client is a leader in high-end fresh produce with a heritage dating back over 100 years! Having recently secured significant investment and part of their long-term strategy they are now recruiting a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business into its next phase of growth.

Reporting into the Shareholders you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the businesses strategy and creating a vision for success. Alongside this you will be managing the smooth and efficient running of the business as well as delivering operational innovation and continuous growth in EBITDA.

 You will currently be operating at CEO/MD level within the FMCG food sector with full autonomy of running the business’s P&L and managing the senior leadership team.

To thrive as their CEO, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a track record of diversifying to unlock opportunities as well as being able to lead and manage change contributing to extensive growth. Charismatic, inspirational and entrepreneurially minded are just a few traits needed to excel in this position. You will also ideally need a track record in delivering sustained growth in an SME fresh/chilled food environment.
