What's the job?
You will be tasked with developing a portfolio of clients to partner with BMS to help support their sales recruitment and training needs. There is complete autonomy on how you can go about this, some of our team prefer to make plenty of calls, others are proficient on LinkedIn and others like to get out into the field. You will be building relationships with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, HR professionals to understand their business and the sales vacancies they are recruiting for and the training requirements they have. You must be a great at forging internal relationships - teamwork is paramount at BMS and being able to work with the internal fulfilment teams and the candidates they meet with will be critical to your success.

The Package includes:
  • Attractive basic salary £22,000 - £35,000 + depending on experience
