£32,000 to £35,000 Salary + Private Healthcare + Full Benefits Package

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join the Supply Chain Team for a large FMCG business.

The position is primarily responsible for conducting data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The Supply Chain Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for all internal Operations stakeholders in addressing and resolving all process issues related to supply chain. Also support customer satisfaction by delivering effective communication, information and problem resolution. Responsible for developing models to recommend inventory deployment configurations and optimize ordering parameters.

Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance, Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that explain trends – what happened, what may happen, and why.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years’ experience and a very strong background in logistics and supply chain for retailers / FMCG companies or 3PL companies. Alongside experiences in customer service/ interaction.

Experience of data mining, analysis and reporting using MS office, SQL and ERP systems is essential. You should have excellent listening and communication skills, be proactive and persistent, have an analytical mind and good organisational skills.
