Description
As an Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities;- Provide a high level of technical guidance, customer service to ensure client retention.
- Identify and close cross sell opportunities.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure regular contact with clients, including onsite meetings around the UK as required.
- Update the client database.
- Maximise opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Plan and deliver professional training and networking events.
Profile
- Strong organisation, IT and administrative skills
- High level of compliance and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively both internally and externally
- Strong customer service focus
- A background in account management would be desirable.
Job Offer
A basic salary between £23,000 to £25,000.
Fixed term 12 month contract, full time, 8 hours per day.
