The Sales Manager will play a key role in the success, development and growth of both Retail and Wholesale sectors of the company: delivering revenue growth, organic growth and strategic development across our existing sales platforms and developing new routes to market.

Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Development and implementation of Retail and Wholesale sales strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs;
  • Budgetary responsibility for Retail and Wholesale strategies;
  • Recruitment and development of team members for Retail and Wholesale sectors;
  • Establishing and driving sales target achievement for individuals and teams;
  • Leading, motivating and managing performance of individuals and teams to promote business growth;
  • Open and clear communication with all key players to drive the business forward;
  • Succession planning across the business to enable growth;
  • Market/Data Analysis;
  • Responsibility for health and safety and legal compliance;
  • Developing and maintaining brand standards;

  • This is an office-based role near Swindon, with frequent travel across the South and South West, and some International travel.









    Profile

    The Sales Manager will:
  • Have a proven sales track record, exceeding targets
  • Have stong sales management experience, in the Fashion sector
  • Have excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise, ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved
  • Have a clean driving licence, willing to travel (including overseas) and attend trade shows
  • Be confident team player with the ability to work using own initiative
