The Company: With a turnover of several hundred million pounds, this dynamic organisation is the fastest growing provider within its field of offering a full catalogue of workplace supplies - including stationary, MPS, IT, PPE, security and hygiene products. This huge company continues to expand its senior sales force, with a strategic selling Business Development Director role - focussing on a particular portfolio of products within this Distributor's range.

The Role: As a Business Development Director in the North of England, you will be responsible for setting strategy and implementing the prospecting for new business - targeting FTSE 250 companies at Director level. You'll retain business acquired for 6 months before passing the contract to the Account Management team.


The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in the acquisition on New Business at a senior level - with demonstrable success. You'll have a passion for new business, and the ability to present credibly to Board level in large corporates.


The Package: £55,000 to £65,000 Basic Salary, £80,000 OTE, Company Car or Allowance + Mobile/Laptop/Company Credit Card/Healthcare/Pension/25 days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

Location: applicants residing in the North of England are desired.
