The Company: Established less than 15 years ago, this company has experienced year on year growth, and has recently bought out a new product unique to the market. Providing a WIFI and smart technology solution that allows access throughout a block of flats, and access to handbooks, surveys & maintenance requests, this company has its sights on continual growth and product development over the next few years.

The Role: For this Business Development Manager role, you will be responsible for selling a brand new solution, targeting property companies & developers, asset and estate management channels in a new business capacity. Based in the Kingston office when not on client meetings around London, you will manage your own diary.

For this Business Development Manager role, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Proven Track Record of New Business (B2B)
  • Excellent Commercial Awareness
  • Solid track record - No Job Hoppers
  • Driving License
