Field Sales Director – up to £100,000 plus excellent package – Home Counties

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation who is seeking a Field Sales Director to join their dynamic and expanding team to have responsibility for identifying, developing and delivering the strategic direction of the organisation that will deliver the targeted objectives. Leading, motivating and developing a large team, you will effectively manage client relationships at a senior level identifying new opportunities within existing and potential customers and developing and selling profitable solutions.

The successful Field Sales Director must have demonstrable experience owning a P&L and of using insight to understand and champion business and industry customer needs. You will be an inspirational leader with the drive and ambition to deliver success. In your role as Field Sales Director you will work cross functionally at a senior level internally and externally to maximise results. It is essential that you have senior Field Sales experience gained from the retail or FMCG sectors. As an individual you will be a self-starter, with the tenacity and drive to deliver results. You will possess gravitas and excellent influencing skills and ensure the customer is at the centre of all decision making and will possess excellent customer facing skills. You will have fantastic leadership skills and will be passionate about people and their development.
