Business Development Manager for Aesthetics Device Distributor
Aesthetic distributing Company is looking to develop its small sales team. We are a fast-developing company selling on trend devices and products. Full time Salary - £50,000 OTE
Car Allowance/Laptop/Mobile
Your role Your role will be to visit potential customers, demonstrating devices and products & winning new business.
Skills and experience required To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in the Beauty/Aesthetics/Pharma industry be able to demonstrate products, together with a good understanding of devices and Skincare in the Aesthetic industry
You Will:
- Have an excellent understanding of the sales process
- Be based in the central Midlands area
- Excellent communication skills to include, listening, verbal & presenting
- Have at least 3 years Field sales experience, with a proven record of success
- Experience in business-to-business medical, Aesthetics and/or Beauty sales
- Minimum Level 3 industry qualified
- Be proactive, motivated and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets
- Be able to generate new business leads, and develop opportunities to sell through the brand
- Selling add-ons and consumables to existing and new accounts
- Participate at national trade shows
- Have good organisational skills, including scheduling diary, journey planning & time management
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and driven to build your sales pipeline
- Full UK driving license and flexibility on hours of work as travel is involved
- Intermediate Computer Literacy in Word/Excel/Outlook
- Have excellent administrative management & experience
- Develop new business opportunities & nurture new business relationships
- Excellent attention to detail & be calm under pressure
- Strong business acumen, strong and effective consultative skills & strong negotiating skills
