Field Sales Executive

Location- Leeds or Liverpool  

A fast-growing brewery are looking for a Field Sales Representative to be the face of the brand, winning great new stockists and delivering the best customer service to help grow the brand through sales.  


Primary Duties

  • Be creative, enthusiastic, eclectic and assessible
  • Be seen as the go to person in the on-trade market
  • Engage key consumers through innovative activation that differentiates the brand from others in the market
  • Develop key industry relationships that result in business building initiatives
  • Proactively search for opportunities to implement creative and impactful consumer facing events that drive the brands image.
  • Protect existing and gain new on trade accounts in the relevant regions.
  • Construct data analysis of the territory and account specific business to find new opportunities to drive distribution and rate of sale.
  • Set volume goals with each account, and agree the brand support that delivers against objectives
  • Perform brewery tours and carry out beer training to ensure brand understanding.


Experience and Skills required. 

  • 2+ years of strong sales experience
  • Sales experience within the on trade drinks industry
  • Negotiation and Objection handling
  • Understanding of commercial maths
  • Business and scene savvy, committed, passionate and ale to live late night lifestyle
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
