This opportunity will see you reporting into the UK head of ecommerce and key responsibilities will include:

• Own and deliver the end to end execution of all email communications
• Plan and build engaging customer experiences through a strong calendar of activity
• Analyse performance and customer metrics

The Candidate

• This is an ideal role for any candidate with good experience of devising, producing and monitoring mass consumer email communications
• Must have HTML production capability
• Working knowledge of CRM campaign tools eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficient in google analytics
• Self-motivated confident communicator
• Creative thinker
