Are you looking for a chance to be a key part of a business with some ambitious growth plans? If so, then read on. This is a great opportunity to join the company at a pivotal time for them. You will be responsible for driving opportunities with their core customers but more importantly helping them to deliver new customers, ideally within a major retailer, foodservice or convenience. They are really well positioned and very highly regarded so conversations will be well received.
You will be working very closely with the internal commercial teams to ensure that all plans are joined up and approached in an effective way.
Alongside the MD, you will be responsible for executing the company's growth plans and feedback to the business with relevant opportunities.
You will be approaching potential new customers to explore opportunities to work together going forward.
You will have a strong background within fresh produce and a proven track record of developing new and ideally existing business as well.
The business has a real family feel to it so having the right company "fit" is essential. Clearly this isn't something that can be gauged effectively before a meeting, but we will do our best to describe their ethos to you should you be relevant for the role.
