Elite Mobile is a market leading distributor of pre-pay SIM cards. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us in Bristol and the surrounding areas to grow our SIM card and e-cigarette business.
This is a fully field based role and the territory covered includes Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter, Plymouth, Swindon and Bristol.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Field Sales Executives on a daily basis.
- Training and motivating staff to win new business.
- Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assisting in the recruitment of Field Sales Executives.
- Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
The Candidate
Ideally, applicants should have:
- A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
- Solid experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Previous experience managing a sales team.
- A strong leadership and management style.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
- A full driving licence (we will provide you with a small company van).
The ability to speak Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, or Bengali would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
In return we offer you an attractive basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum based upon your performance.
