My client is a leading premium FMCG beauty/personal care business with multiple brands and impressive product offering. They are based in South East England are looking for a Sales Director with previous FMCG or Retail experience to lead the team develop the business.
Description
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
Developing the sales team
Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
Developing lasting relationships with retail
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target areas
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Profile
Ideally the successful Sales Director will have a proven track record in a similar retail/FMCG environment with the ambition as capability to progress to a more senior position quickly.
