Job Details
Your principal duties will include providing effective and efficient journey planning, maintaining call files within the Ferrero team in order to achieve agreed client objectives and the smooth day-to-day running of the Ferrero account. To provide data in varying formats to support account managers in fulfillment of the client requirements.
Salary - £20,000-£22,000
Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide accurate administrative, data and operational support to the account management team via the systems provided
- To manage and maintain call files in regard to all Ferrero field operations
- To prepare both territory and journey planning for each Ferrero field team channel
- To maintain Ultralysis store file aligned to Grocery/C&C territory assignments
- To use correct communication methods to provide data to the business
- To undertake additional tasks, data exports or projects where required
Key Responsibility Areas
Administration
- To maintain a logical and efficient computerized filing system, data storage and action on a daily basis where necessary and required
- Maintain up to date knowledge of CACI and use this to create journey plans as required
Call File
- To maintain an up to date database of grocery, convenience, impulse and RTM outlets, referencing client supplied store lists, Ultralysis, grocery accounts own systems, and other external sources via the internet
- To process and maintain call, target and user files within internal systems (Fusion), ensuring that all attribute information required for Fusion and MyPS is included
Territory & Journey Planning
- To re-plan territories as and when requested
- To journey plan the standard Grocery & Ireland territories on a weekly basis, to be completed by Thursday each week, in line with the requirements outlined in the Ferrero blitz planning document
- To territory and journey plan any activities requiring additional tactical support at least four weeks in advance of activity implementation date, passing tactical call file to Tactical and Recruitment Team
- To create electronic copies of the Grocery & Ireland field team journey plans on a weekly basis and issue on Thursday
- Provide support to other CACI trained members of the team to ensure they are able to provide cover and proficient in maintaining
- To process requests from Field Managers and Channel for ad hoc changes (call file, journey planning) within 24 hours of receipt
Ultralysis Maintainence
- To update Ultralysis regularly to ensure stores are aligned to territory assignments
Communications
- To maintain clear lines of communication with all the business areas
- Manage all account and client expectation proactively
- Ensure that all communications are relevant and easy to understand
Additional Tasks & Projects
- To take any other tasks or projects not outlined above as and when required.
- To attend field and client meetings when requested
