Job Details
Purpose: To manage and find new accounts, to foster and build successful relationships in wholesale, that in turn builds the POPS brand nationwide with the customers we supply. To drive Wholesale national account in line with POPS strategic objectives and to support overall company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Strategy;
- Formulating the growth plan required to deliver the sales in wholesale
- Manage and deliver growth in wholesale;
- Creating a strong and winning promotion plans, planning and executing commercial range reviews and negotiating on cost prices
- Build and develop end to end customer relationships;
- Responsible for Account management with existing businesses; delivering growth strategy as per budgeted sales plan through current and new product ranges
- New Business development;
- Seeking worthwhile and profitable opportunities
- Providing information and reporting your activity for tracking and monitoring purposes
What you need/Experience:
- 1-3 years FMCG wholesale experience
- Management of team members
- Managing a P&L and Budget
- Training of new starters and team members
- Be familiar with Salesforce/other CRM systems
- Strong business and strategic acumen
- Successful negotiation of major contracts
Job:
- Full time role/Permanent
- The role is 80% field based and a clean driving licence is essential
- The rest of the time will be spent office based in SW London

Recently we have partnered with Pimm's and Diageo to produce a range of licensed products under the household name's branding.
There are many exciting NPD launch and developments in the pipeline as we continue to grow both in the UK and abroad.

Founded in 2014, our goodies for grown-ups are made in Britain with natural, premium ingredients and dash of real alcohol.
In July 2017, POPS partnered with Pimm’s, a Diageo brand, to launch the world’s first Pimm’s popsicle.
The range now features four frozen cocktails: BELLINI, WATERMELON MARTINI, PIMM'S and GORDON’S Gin & Lime (March 2019). They are dairy-free and gluten-free with a premium sorbet texture.
