The Role: The new Regional Sales Manager will have direct responsibility for a team of 6 Business Development Managers who sell into the SME market space across the North, Midlands and South West region. You will be involved in an exciting newly formed structure, with a focus on coaching and developing this new business and kpi focussed team of sales professionals.
The Company: For over 200 years our client has led the market in stationary supplies. With a UK turnover in excess of £180million, they are both secure and established and have the ambition to achieve significant further growth this year. Their product portfolio now includes office furniture, archiving, workwear and business electronics and they are looking to recruit a new Regional Sales Manager to effect the sales team.
For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Experience of people management of an external, new business or KPI focussed sales team
- Driven, dynamic, leaders are sought.
Benefits of this Regional Manager role:
- £45-50,000 Base Salary
- + £10,000 - £15,000 Year One
- Uncapped Commission
