The Role: Joining an established graduate sales team you will work closely with the Graduate Team Leader who will be responsible for coaching and supporting you in the first year. With the support of ISM Performance Graduate Sales Training you will start off in an internal sales role dealing with incoming leads, qualifying sales calls and developing new business from scratch. With nearly 60% market share this company provides a comprehensive range of solutions to manage SME level clients that operate within the travel industry. Helping operators make bookings, manage payments and manage logistics you liaise directly at owner, manager and director level.
