Our Sales Development reps are one of the main factors of our success. The passion that they have for our brands and the commitment to achieve success is what increases our product sales across the country. They establish long term relationships with Independent retailers ensuring our products continuously stocked in store.

Next time you go into your local shop, have a look around and you will notice that nearly all our brands are on display in clear view. Part of this role is understanding what will increase sales for us and also the retailer. You will be fully trained in understanding how to spot opportunities and you will work in partnership with the retailers to increase growth. Each of our customers are special so you will be using both your sales expertise and your ability to build relationships to make recommendations on what products they should stock, inform them of new and exciting campaigns they can expect to see from us and generally make sure that all of our brands are being represented in the best possible way they can be.

Our Sales Development reps go above and beyond every day, they help retailers with merchandising to ensure the products are displayed in the best way, even if it involves rolling your sleeves up.

You will run your own territory and look after a customer base of around 200 small independent stores. Visiting 11 stores per day, you'll be out on the road working independently a lot of the time so you'll need to be self-motivated with great time management skills.

Accountabilities
  • You will have full ownership of journey planning for retail visit in your territory
  • You will work closely with retailer to decide on which range is stocked, merchandised & repeatedly ordered so stock levels are maintained
  • You will be responsible for promotional execution and secondary displays within your customer base
  • You will collect stock from cash & carry every single day
  • You will have full responsibility for purchase, tracking and store audits.
  • You will execute one display transformation per day: Merchandising
