The right candidate would be influential and be comfortable in bringing the buying, logistics and sales teams together to work collaboratively. A very competitive market would need some innovative thinking to ensure that business objectives are met, as they look to make a few changes to their business model. A natural leader and a demonstrable ability to implement processes, to get the best from the teams which would affect the change needed and drive the business forward.
* Extensive experience within a multiple sales channels
* Experience a Senior Commercial Role
* Natural leader with an influential personality
* Proven success in implementing strategic plans
* Enjoyment derived from managing, coaching and developing a team
* Ideally working in a similar capacity
* Degree educated or equivalent
* Entrepreneurial and open mined approach
* Experience with ERP, CRM and Excel
