Job Details

Every Field Sales Exec and Key Account Manager wants their first break into National Accounts - well this is your chance.

We need a talented individual who is capable of making the step from the field or regional key accounts to the bigger stage of National Accounts. Someone who has the ability to take on the responsibility of full-blooded account management - buyer level negotiations, longer term account planning, creating JBP's - all that good stuff, You'll take responsibility for a mixed bag of our customers - Discounters (where we have huge potential for growth), regional work with ASDA and Morrisons (there's no stopping you going for Head Office business as well), plus some smaller High Street accounts and co-packers we work with.

The accounts are spread across the UK so there will be a fair amount of travel - we really want you living in the Midlands or South/South West - but you'll be home based 2 days per week and OK with staying away when needed. 

You need to be well trained in FMCG disciplines - many of us are from large branded food and drink companies ourselves - and be keen to work in a smaller more agile food business where you can gain broader commercial exposure and jump up the career ladder faster.
