Commercial Graduate | Fresh Produce

We are working closely with a very well established fresh produce growing and marketing business who have an excellent track record with a well known retailer. They have a need for a recent graduate (possibly with a year or two of industry experience) to join the business and to allow them to develop in the early stage commercial experience that is required to build a strong career. This is a great opportunity to work with the senior team in the business and to get a really good overview of how it operates.

The Job:
Working closely with one of the UK's most recognisable retailers, you will be developing your abilities, to ensure you are capable of managing some core areas of the account in due course.
Being a lower level role initially, there will naturally be a number of admin focused tasks, but this is part and parcel of most roles.
Getting an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the business to help you develop professionally.

The Candidate:
Ideally, you will be a recent graduate, who has a relevant degree and/or a fresh food/produce related work placement. One or two years experience would be considered as well.
Primarily though, you will have good drive and determination to develop the business, its relationships and yourself professionally.
