Location: National Remit - Office in GU

The Role: Exciting new Field Sales Manager role, responsible for managing a team of 6 Regional Account Managers across the UK, selling into leisure facilities, & independent retailers. This role will see you out on the road with your team, mentoring & developing team, pushing the brands swimwear, training aids & goggles.


The Company: This well-known, marketing leading sportswear brand are passionate about their fun & innovative products, made for those who love swimming as much as they do! With an impressive range of swimsuits, accessories & learning aids, they are well-established and are turning over in excess of £20 Million each year!


For this Field Sales Manager role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • 2+ years of b2b sales management
  • Passion for sport & fitness
  • Ideally have market knowledge, though not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence


The Benefits of this Field Sales Manager role are:
  • Basic - £45,000
  • Comm- 20% Bonus
