Field Sales Manager
My client is a leading wholesaler of non-food FMCG products, they are currently looking for a Regional Field Sales Manager to manage a team of up to 6 Area Managers.
Territory: Coventry to Scotland
- Primary responsibility for Business Development
- Full responsibility for the Northern-based sales team
- Manage Joint Business Plans
- Execute & Develop KPI strategy
- Forecast sales based on Day, Week, Month & Year
- Trade channel & marketing plans
The ideal candidate will have experience in an FMCG sales environment, candidates should have a proven track record of leading team and developing a sales force against targets.
