The Role
: Representing a niche tech start-up company based in Central London, the new Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business. Selling a media platform which connects sports fans to live events, you will be targeting pubs in major cities across the North East of England region. You will be client facing, attending 8 meetings per day when out in the field. To be successful in this role you must be a great rapport builder, social, friendly and down to earth!


The Company
: Our client was established back in 2011, designed to put punters in touch with great venues showing live sporting events. The platform is free to download, clients pay a subscription to be listed on the app and website, detailing what events are being televised, where and when. Users are encouraged to rate the venues, creating a top 10 ranking of bars near you.


For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sales experience
  • Natural rapport builder, new business focused
  • Full driving licence



Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • £24-26,000 basic salary, plus approx. £5,000 commission
  • £4,000 pa car allowance, mobile phone, pension, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
