Are you a Consumer Packaged Goods(CPG) executive looking for opportunities to make a name in the industry? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We’re a startup in the food and drinks sector with enormous growth potential. We’re looking for an innovative and hardworking Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building the brand and develop go-to-market strategies targeting sales to 1 million people within 2 years. The right candidate will have hands on expertise, preferably in FMCG environment, a track record of optimising marketing budget and a passion for making great things happen.

Responsibilities and duties(include but not limited to):

  • Work with the founders to define and articulate the company’s vision and position in the market, as well as company’s mission and backstory
  • Develop the business plan and go-to-market strategy targeting in line with the business and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the founders to develop the investors’ deck covering company’s proposition, people, opportunity, numbers, plan and investment
  • Assist with recruiting a strong team with the right skills
  • Manage projects with members of the team to plan and implement go-to-market strategies in multiple markets
  • Create all marketing materials in line with the marketing plan
  • Manage website development, product development and launch

Candidate requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication or related field(MBA is preferred)
  • 3+ years experience within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) industry, particularly experience selling condiments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; management and leadership
  • Good PC skills; Microsoft Word, Excell, PowerPoint
  • Honest, open and of highest integrity
