Job Details
This challenger food SME based in a central Surrey location are looking for their next superstar SNAM, facing one or more grocery accounts. This is an extremely fast paced, highly meritocratic business.
The business works across own label & branded, and has consistently won awards while doubling in size over the last few years.
If you are looking for a break from the monotony and bureaucracy of a larger business, or a step from a smaller business with little room for progression, this could be for you.
What we’re looking for:
- FMCG experience, preferably food
- Top 8 grocery customer facing experience
- P&L ownership
- JBP negotiation experience
- own label experience would be beneficial
- man management experience would be beneficial
Salary is flexible depending on experience, will consider established SNAMs and also NAMs stepping up.
NB – this is an office based role, you need to be able to be in the office 5 days a week and within 1 hour’s journey time.
