We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing SME c.£200million t/o within the ever-evolving confectionery space.
The business has made several exciting acquisitions recently and has lots of thrilling and ambitious plans for growth over the next 18 months.
They are very much on a change agenda to spear head growth through the hiring of top talent within the market. Post a recent re-structure to set them up for success with future growth in mind we are currently recruiting the following:
Account Controller:
Across total Wholesale, Independents, Cash and Carry and Discounters (Not ALDI), with a team of 8.
We can’t stress enough how much of a blank canvass this role is. We are looking for someone that wants to take a step up and grow the area. You have to be entrepreneurial, collaborative with bags of energy and ambition.
We are ideally looking for a future Sales Director so need to have future potential.
Our ideal is a Senior NAM that has worked across the customer based and ideally managed 1-2 direct reports looking to take that step up.
This role is homebased.
