Client Details
My client is a well known consumer good business who are rapidly expanding. For my client the Account Manager is an ambassador for the company and there values. By developing and maintaining partnerships with there customers the BDM will educate and inspire Eye Care Practitioners to grow the contact lens category and help improve the way people see each day.
It is the BDMs responsibility to consultatively support the customers business whilst increasing there market share with innovative products and services resulting in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Description
Account Manager :
- Develops and maintains partnership type relationships with customers and colleagues in order to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Achieves or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (add examples) to support company objectives and ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyses sales and other data provided to prioritise activity
- Utilise marketing materials provided to present our products, initiatives and deliver key messages to our customers in line with company direction ensuring consistent effective messaging
- Provides clinical and commercial training and consultative support to our customers in order to help them grow the contact lens category (can be out of working hours)
- Complete all required reporting including maintaining records in CRM system, expenses etc to ensure full visibility of activity and effectiveness.
- Participate in regular National and Regional Sales Meetings for training and to understand Company direction, action plans and performance requirements
