Area Sales Manager - Garden Products
Territory Manager – Gardening Products
£29,875 to £32,148 Basic plus bonus and company car.
Our client already enjoys considerable success in the horticultural and garden tools categories, with market leading brands instantly recognisable by gardeners the world over. The company has also formed a strategic partnership enabling it to add garden fertilisers and pesticides to its already hugely successful range. It is anticipated that the new strategic partnership will catapult sales and profits of both partners exponentially, and this is where you come in!
We have been briefed to identify and recruit an outstanding individual to manage the South East region and parts of the M4 Corridor. The pre-requisite is that you have an intricate understanding of the independent garden centre channel, ideally from having sold into it, although we can also consider applications from high calibre candidates currently working in a garden centre and looking for their first move into field sales.
To be considered for this exciting role you should be familiar with one of the traditional garden centre categories, either garden tools, garden fertilisers, plants / horticulture or similar although we will also consider applications from candidates having sold other categories into the garden centre channel.
In return for your dedication and effort, our client is willing to pay a basic salary of between £29,875 to £32,148 plus bonus and company car. Career prospects are excellent for the right person.
The job is home based but requires lots of driving.
