Customer Activation Manager, Birmingham /Bristol (Home Based)

In this position you will be field based, spending time with your customers, the on-trade channel, across the key cities of Birmingham, Bristol and the South West.
Reporting to the Head of On Trade Channel Marketing, you will develop world class customer marketing plans to support the commercial delivery of the channel. You will embed the companies’ vision into channel strategy and activation, becoming an expert in the needs of the regional, on trade customers, understanding what it takes to deliver flawless execution at the point of purchase in a way that differentiates from the competition and ensures continued and increased sales.
To be successful you will have experience of the on-trade market - from a marketing, brand, category, activation or sales perspective; strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and to make quick and informed decisions.
