ChloBo is an award winning, family-owned and run Handmade Designer Jewellery brand whose originality creates opportunities for fashion-conscious wearers to express their own individuality and flair. Their collections of bracelets, charms, rings, earrings and necklaces are all handcrafted in the UK from solid sterling 925 silver, and feature gold plated and rose gold plated pieces, and semi-precious stones.

Their corporate journey embodies the brand’s recognised spirit of adventure and reflects their merchandise’s positive philosophy of life and living. ChloBo have acquired an expanded Head Office facility, and are continuing to invest in building their own employed national field sales and brand support team.

To be successful in this Area Sales Manager role you will need to adore fashion and jewellery merchandise; ideally having already started creating your own stellar sales career story.

For a trade aware individual, possibly having served in Jewellery Retail Management and subsequently left to train in the art of FMCG sales elsewhere, this opportunity to return to the industry may be too irresistible to miss.

Alternatively, you may currently be affording retailers brand support in-store, or have progressed to a role as a recognised Watch and Jewellery sales representative whose past product listing recommendations have made a real commercial difference.

Prior account management experience within the independently-owned Retail Jewellery sector would be a perfect launch pad for success, although growing distribution from Department stores and select Fashion boutiques will be equally valued.

To provide appropriate sales and merchandising coverage over this extensive territory, you will be a shrewd journey planner who knows how to minimise overnight stays away.

You will thrive on the depth of brand development responsibility involved in this role, including the positive management of existing authorised stockists, growing their continued commitment to this fast-developing must-have brand, training store staff and ensuring the highest standards of brand display, and implementing an annual calendar of sales promotion.

You will also relish the challenge of identifying and opening new business opportunities. For this you will benefit not just from the growing corporate commitment to ever heightened trade marketing, but also from the support of your future line manager: a gifted new business guru whose connections and market knowledge will facilitate a supercharged head start.

As with every fashion market participant, you will need to ensure a constant supply of in-store best sellers, as well as the sell-through of the current season’s stock, to make way for the welcome introduction of the next ‘on-trend’ creations. Your drive, appetite and ability seamlessly to manage this constant product transition will be key to success for all concerned.

When it comes to communicating with your accounts and indeed all your HQ contacts, you will be a “live wire”, whether by phone, email, social media, or of course face-to-face. Proficiency with MsOffice applications, in particular Excel, is highly desirable.

For the self-motivated, confident operator, the opportunity to contribute to the growth ambitions of this major collectable jewellery name is quite simply unrivalled. Joining this business may be the springboard to your future career success that you have been eagerly awaiting - perhaps for a little too long!

To apply for the chance of becoming our client’s latest SPLENDID SALES STAR, please forward your CV with much excitement and in complete confidence.
