Field Sales Manager - Swimwear & Accessories

THE ROLE: As a Regional Account Manager for the North West, you will be responsible for selling branded swimwear and accessories into council owned gyms and related local authority groups. Dealing with Centre General Managers, Regional Directors and Buyers, this role will offer real day to day variety. With a well-established account base already in place, the focus of your time will be spent managing and developing existing relationships.
THE PERSON: As a Field Sales Manager you will be managing 6 Regional Account Managers whose role it is to sell a range of accessories into leisure facilities, local authorities and independent retailers. You will be required to support and develop the team wherever possible and be a continued motivation for your team to look up to and work alongside with. The role of Field Sales Manager will also see you taking responsibility for some Key accounts, leading by example and retaining long standing relationships for the business. This is an exciting people management role for those who love to coach, mentor and develop.

THE PACKAGE FOR FIELD SALES MANAGER:
- Basic: up to £55,000
- Bonus: 20%
- Choice of Company Car or £6,000 pa Car Allowance
